MOD MP Manager

Role Overview

Otis is growing and we are recruiting a MOD MP Manager to follow up the whole process of SVC MOD Major Project management.

On a typical day you will:
1、 Follow up SVC MOD Major Project management throughout the process. To support identify the market opportunities and implement the sales activities.
2、 Manage pricing and biding strategies to support regional sales team to convert opportunities into orders.
3、 Conduct MOD Major Project sales management analysis data, pipeline management, market trends, customer needs, and monitor and report on key performance indicators.
4、 Review, optimize and maintain MOD Major Project management system continuously. Identify the areas for improvement through joint efforts of cross-function teams, define actions and be responsible for tracking on implementation.
5、 Work closely with SVC zones/branches to develop relationships with the target customers, build networks of contacts, and maintains long-term relationships with MP accounts.
6、 Other work assigned by superior leader.
7、 Implement and maintain effective environmental, health and safety management within the jurisdiction.
8、 Abide by the policies and procedures of excellent service, fulfill the customer commitment of excellent service, develop excellent service plans and activities, review the implementation progress, and achieve the goal of excellent service.
9、 Abide by and implement the business ethics system, strengthen management, and avoid employees' violation of business ethics.
 
What you will need to be successful
1、 Education: Bachelor’s degree and above
2、 Experience: Relative experience
3、 Language: Fluent Mandarin, and basic English
4、 Computer Skills: Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint , Windows etc.)
5、 Other Key Competencies: Be good at sales management and communication.
6、 Business ability requirements: Customer relationship and customer oriented, product knowledge, communication skill, sales ability, force, result oriented, adaptability, analysis ability, listening skill, team spirit, excellent service, business ethics.
