Description & Requirements

Duties, Responsibilities & Authorities:
As an electrical design engineer in Design Engineering, the successful candidate will be responsible for:
1. Independently interpret electrical schematics and collaborate with electrical systems to complete integrated mechanical-electrical designs.
2. Use E3 (Zuken E3.series) or similar tools to perform 3D routing design, wiring simulation, and harness drawing generation.
3. Design the structural elevator controller cabinets with Creo, including enclosure structure, component arrangement, cabling, and standardization optimization.
4. Develop internal cabinet layouts and installation solutions based on electrical schematics.
5. Work cross-functionally with electrical, controls, procurement, and manufacturing teams to translate electrical requirements into manufacturing designs.

Work experience & skills requirements:
• Minimum 1 year of experience in automation equipment or electrical control cabinet design.
• Ability to independently design control cabinet enclosures and structures.
• Strong capability in interpreting electrical schematics.
• Familiar with control cabinet design standards (wiring practices, EMC, thermal management, safety clearances, etc.).
• Strong understanding of wiring harness design, including routing efficiency, manufacturability, and serviceability.
• Language: CET-4 and above. Good in written and oral English.
• Computer Skills: E3 tool for wiring diagram; Microsoft office tool set; Creo tool for controller cabinet design and cabling.
