Senior Manager, Service Sales & Project
Location: Macau

Basic Function
Under the direction of General Manager, Service Branch, the Senior Manager, Service Sales and project is responsible for the overall Service Sales and MOD project activities of lifts, escalators and passenger conveyors installed in a prescribed area under Otis Service, ensuring that such equipment are installed in accordance with Otis standards, and the Service Sales performance in line with the approved business plan.

Duties & Responsibilities
1. Oversee all Service Sales and MOD project activities which include ‘O’ business and modernization. Set up operating targets for Service Sales and MOD team staff. Monitor performance against plans and ensure proper actions are taken.
2. Handle customer enquiries and resolve complaints. Promote and maintain cordial customer relationship and meet customers’ satisfaction.
3. Establish and maintain good working relationships with architect, owner, property management consultant, building management consultant, etc. to enhance Otis product and service.
4. Focus on sales activities management, establish a routine customers’ visiting and continuous development of service business as O, T, S and PA in on or off -portfolio.
5. Ensure all Service Sales and MOD project activities comply with Company’s Quality System and ISO 9001 standard.
6. Liaise closely with other Sections/Departments to ensure smooth running of Service Sales and MOD project activities.
7. Set up market surveillance and refresh to capture market intelligence.
8. Develop Service Sales and MOD strategies, forecast and action plans meeting Company objectives.
9. Maintain, evaluate and review Service Sales and MOD project operating system to ensure sales and equipment modernization are carried out efficiently and meet customer requirements and Company Standard.
10. Ensure a safe working environment by conducting site inspections and by enforcing through line management safety disciplines according to Company requirements and government regulations.
11. Keep abreast of code and regulation, and of technological development and disseminate the knowledge to the staff concerned through training.
12. Carry out appraisals of subordinates and develop plans for career development for potential staff.
13. Implement Company Environmental, ISO 14001 standard, Health and Safety (EH&S) Policy, Action Program, WWJSSS, eliminate all unsafe practices. Co-ordinate and ensure that EH&S regulations and precautions are being enforced by subordinates.
14. Implement company financial rule control.
15. Create and foster a culture of business practices, instill an awareness of and commitment to the Code of Ethics and perform responsibilities in compliance with the Code.

Qualifications
1. Undergraduate Degree or equivalent.
2. Experience in lift industry or related industry of not less than 8 years.
3. Sound knowledge of service operation.
4. Commercial marketing experience.
5. Experience in managerial position.
