Description & Requirements

Duties, Responsibilities & Authorities:
System lead engineer for global platform development, provide technical solution and conduct technical materials to drive program to meet quality and schedule target.
System requirements and configuration table management.
Conducting system calculation and system configuration alternative for development programs or sustaining products.
Conducting system performance test definition and validation.
Comprehensive system level quality issue investigation and solution making.

Experience/Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree and Master's degree is preferred. 4 years or above experience within elevator industry, 4 years elevator system development or related area experience.
Good know-how on system architecture, static and motion performance.
Good knowledge of system calculation. Understanding system calculation scope and principle.
Mindset about system performance testing.
Familiar with product development process.
Team working, analytical and conceptual thinking, self-confident, persistent, customer-oriented communication skills across cultures. Quality, safety and cost minded.
Fluent spoken and written business English.
Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills.
