岗位描述

Job Role:

    • Based on strong remote Lift & Escalator technical support experience and IoT Technical Data (OtisONE) to conduct daily callback root cause analysis and provide corrective and preventive solutions.
    • Analyze collected data and find co-relation among different set of data to advice larger scale technical solutions to field operations, create logic for rule based automation.
    • Make use of IoT (OtisONE) to improve field productivity, support quality improvements, safety and enhance operational efficiencies for all Service Branches.
    • Based on IoT and different technical data to identify potential risks, conduct root cause analysis and recommend long term solutions to enhance product liability.
    • Provide technical solutions to field teams and recommend constructive solutions to resolve technical challenges through historic event patterns and corresponding solutions.
    • Formulate and drive quality improvement actions, conduct trial tests and feasibility studies for technical solutions.
    • Prepare finding reports for management review and establish templates for Branch regular reporting purpose.
    • Formulate and execute regular training to field teams on IoT applications.

Requirements:

    • Degree holder.
    • Experience in elevator maintenance with sound remote Lift & Escalator technical support experience preferred.
    • Solid OTIS elevator technical knowledge but not limited to controller and drive events a strong advantage.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work with all level staff.
    • Creative, open-minded, good at teamwork, customer oriented.
    • Excellent planning skills and execution.  
    • Good in both written and spoken English & Chinese.
