岗位描述

Job Responsibilities:
· Develop high quality, cost competitive mechanical components, and system integration of these components.
· Deliver engineering design (models, drawings, and other engineering data) in a flexible and reusable model product framework.
· Create engineering deliverables as defined in Otis Product Development Process (PDP).
· Work with global team to define the development requirements and execute in good shape.
· Lead product design technical reviews with expertise team independently.

Basic Qualifications, Work Experience & Skills Requirements:
· Bachelor’s Mechanical Engineering, Master is preferred. 3-5 years or above mechanical design experience. Elevator mechanical design experience is preferred.
· Solid experience on 3D model and 2D drawing creation using ProE/UG/SolidWorks.
· FEA capability using ANSYS and familiar with DFEMA and DoE.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential, out of box and do right firstly.
· Excellent ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively with remote team members.
· Experience in design for cost, manufacturing (sheet metal) and installation is required.
· Experience in leading product development, from concept to production, is valued. Knowledge of design of elevator mechanical components is valued. Experience in tolerance analysis, noise and vibration measurement is valued.
· Creative, open minded, critical thinker, hardworking and energetic with good teamwork ethic. Result-oriented and ability to work independently under pressure with multi-tasks in parallel.
· Must be proficient in spoken and written English & Chinese. CET-4 or equivalent.
