Basic Responsibilities基本职责
1. Fully comply with OTIS Ethics & Code,
严格遵守OTIS道德规范,
2. Responsible for implementing EH&S policy and standards of OTIS, EH&S rules of company and local safety policy and rules, actively support and participate in Company EH&S activity,
负责贯彻实施奥的斯公司的环境安全(EH&S)政策和法规、公司的安全规程,以及当地的安全政策和法规,积极支持和参与公司的环境健康安全活动,
3. Fully comply with OTIS global energy management regulations, implement energy management policy established by company. Report all kinds of energy control problems in the work area to direct supervisor in time,
严格遵守OTIS全球能源管理规定,执行公司制定的能源管理政策。及时向直接主管报告工作区域内发生的各类能源管控存在的问题,
4. Based on standard products, customized to meet special requests of customers,
标准产品的基础上,进行客户化定制,满足客户特殊需求,
5. Provide technical support for manufacturing, sales, field installation,
为制造、销售、工地安装提供技术支持,
6. Standardized drawing design, reduce non-standard proportion,
图纸标准化设计,降低非标比例,
7. Improve the customized design process,
完善客户化定制设计流程,
8. Research and development of new products, responsible for testing and verification,
对新产品进行研发并负责测试验证,
9. Can calculate and analyze elevator/escalator components or whole system,
能够对电梯/扶梯部件或电气控制系统计算和分析,
10. Other mission arranged by leader.
领导安排的其他工作。

Qualifications任职资格

1. Education & Certification教育背景和专业资格
Electrical engineering or automation, bachelor’s degree or above,
自动化或电气工程类专业,大学本科及以上学历,
2. Experience工作经验
More than 5 years related mechanical design experience, more than 3 years industry experience,
5年以上相关电气设计经验,3年以上行业经验,
3. Knowledge专业知识
1. Proficient in E3, AUTOCAD, and Office software,
精通CAD、E3,熟练操作Office等办公软件,
2. CET-4 or above, be able to read English drawings, technical documents, and simple business letter writing, fluent speaker is preferred,
英语CET-4或以上,能够阅读英文图纸、技术资料及简单商业信函书写,口语熟练者优先考虑,
3. Experience in elevator/escalator R&D project management or familiar with elevator/escalator R&D process is preferred,
有电扶梯研发项目管理经验或熟悉电扶梯研发流程者优先,
4. Related development experience in key components is preferred,
对关键部件有相关开发经验者优先,
5. Experience in managing rail traffic projects is preferred.
有主持轨道交通项目管理经验者优先。
4. Others 其他
   Good team cooperation spirit, positive, optimistic, and high sense of responsibility, practical ability.
   具备良好的团队合作精神,积极乐观和高度的责任心,实践能力强。
