岗位描述

Responsibilities: 
  • Collaborate with business leader to align HR strategies with business objectives and contribute to the organization’s success. 
  • Oversee workforce planning and recruitment processes to ensure the organization has the right talent in the right positions.
  • Utilize HR analytics to identify trends and make data-driven recommendations for improving HR strategies and processes.
  • Act as a local point of people expertise and implementing HR process & people approaches. 
  •  Facilitate performance management processes, including goal setting and evaluations 
  • Oversee training and development programs to enhance employee skills and competencies. 
  • Foster a positive workplace culture that promotes employee engagement and satisfaction. 
  • Lead and support organizational change initiatives. Ensure compliance with labor laws & regulations, while mitigating HR-related risks.
  • Manage HR projects and initiatives as assigned 

Qualifications: 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 
  • 8+ years of proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role. 
  • Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and regulations. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to build strong relationships and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
  • Demonstrated experience in change management and organizational development is a plus. 
  • Good English speaking and writing
