Responsibilities:
· Collaborate with business leader to align HR strategies with business objectives and contribute to the organization’s success.
· Oversee workforce planning and recruitment processes to ensure the organization has the right talent in the right positions.
· Utilize HR analytics to identify trends and make data-driven recommendations for improving HR strategies and processes.
· Act as a local point of people expertise and implementing HR process & people approaches.
· Facilitate performance management processes, including goal setting and evaluations
· Oversee training and development programs to enhance employee skills and competencies.
· Foster a positive workplace culture that promotes employee engagement and satisfaction.
· Lead and support organizational change initiatives.
· Ensure compliance with labor laws & regulations, while mitigating HR-related risks.
· Manage HR projects and initiatives as assigned
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
· 8+ years of proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role.
· Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and regulations.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
· Ability to build strong relationships and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
· Demonstrated experience in change management and organizational development is a plus.
· Good English speaking and writing
