Basic Responsibilities基本职责
1. Work as HR business partner operations team, support business strategy implementation
地运营团队的人力资源业务合作伙伴,支持组织的业务战略实施
2. Define HR agenda and HR priorities based on actual business needs
根据生产基地的实际业务需求,确定人力资源议程和人力资源优先级;
3. Support organization development and people resource deployment optimization.
支持组织发展和人员资源配置优化;
4. Advocate company HR policies, systems and toolkits to provide efficient HR supports to business functions;
倡导公司人力资源政策、制度和工具,为业务部门提供有效的人力资源支持;
5. Drive annual workforce planning, performance connections, talent development and employee engagement related HR initiatives;
推动年度人力资源计划、绩效联系、人才发展和员工参与相关的人力资源计划;
6. Collect business needs and provide HR solutions in collaborating with COE and SSC (MyHR);
与COE和SSC (MyHR)合作,收集业务需求并提供人力资源解决方案;
7. Handle employee relation related issues and minimize labor disputes in the organization;
处理员工关系相关问题,减少组织内劳动争议;
8. Drive company culture and set high level of ethical standard based on company core values;
推动企业文化,基于公司核心价值观制定高水平的道德标准;
9. Support change management and transformation initiatives;
支持变更管理和转换计划;
10. Lead HR projects as needed with business development
根据业务发展需要领导人力资源项目

Qualifications任职资格
1. Education & Certification 教育背景和专业资格
Bachelor degree or above
本科及以上学历
2. Experience工作经验
5-8 years of manufacturing HR BP working experience
5-8年以上人力资源业务伙伴工资经验
3. Knowledge 专业知识
HR BP working experience from reputable multinational companies is preferable
有知名跨国公司HRBP工作经验者优先
4. Language 语言
Proficient in English communication both verbally and in written
熟练的英语口头和书面交流
