Job Responsibilities
Collaborate with regional general manager to align HR strategies with business objectives and contribute to the organization’s success.
Act as a local point of people expertise and implementing HR process & people approaches.
Oversee workforce planning and recruitment processes to ensure the organization has the right talent in the right roles.
Utilize HR analytics to identify trends and make data-driven recommendations for improving HR strategies and processes.
Lead and support organizational change initiatives.
Oversee training and development programs to enhance employee skills and competencies.
Foster a positive workplace culture that promotes employee engagement and satisfaction.
Ensure compliance with labor laws & regulations, while mitigating HR-related risks.
Coach and provide feedback to business leaders and key talent.
What you will need to be successful:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
8+ years of proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role.
Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Ability to build strong relationships and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
Demonstrated experience in change management and organizational development is a plus.
Good English speaking and writing
