Duties, Responsibilities & Authorities:
  • Leading system calculation and system configuration alternative for development programs or sustaining products.
  • Leading system performance test definition and validation, and trouble shooting.
  • Familiar with system performance simulation tool usage and principle, conduct system simulation analysis.
  • Leading comprehensive system level quality issue investigation and solution making.
  • Technical review and support for new elevator components application, components improvement and integration on system level.

Experience/Qualifications:
  • 5 years or above experience within elevator industry, 3 years elevator system development experience.
  • Good elevator system knowhow. Familiar with product development process. Familiarity about system performance testing.
  • In depth knowledge of system calculation. Understanding system calculation scope and principle, ability to update calculation formula to match specific system.
  • Team working, analytical and conceptual thinking, self-confident, persistent, customer oriented Communication skills across cultures. Quality, safety and cost minded.
  • Familiar with elevator code of GB/EN/ANSI. Knowledge of global and local legal requirements and applicable technical codes and standards” to the “Professional requirements”;Strong self-motivated & sense of ownership, and team work spirit.
  • Deep technical knowledge about the specific area.

Educational/Skills Requirements
  • Master degree for mechanical engineering, noise and vibration engineering, automation engineering.
  • Good at testing with PMT and relevant analysis software.
  • Good at Microsoft offices, familiar with Excel VBA, Matlab is preferred.
  • Fluent spoken and written business English.
  • Good communication and co-ordination skills.
